I am neither Rep or Dem. I will vote for which ever candidate is the best for our country. I believe that person would be McCain. Every candidate running..through the many years..has had incredible amts of money regardless of which party. Every candidate wants "what is best for the American people".  They all say what everyone wants to hear "lower taxes, healthcare, war, etc.." After all the same talk, then you make your choice on which one you want; single out the differences. Black, white, male, female, it shouldnt matter. What are your values, beliefs, morals, etc..then the choice is easy.  Just my thought for the day.

Actually it is easy for Obama to say that he is for the people, all politicians say that, to not say that is political suicide.  Now, wheither we are niave enough to believe it is another matter.  Sorry. I don't believe he has our best interests in mind, but he has his own agenda.  The basics of Democrats is that they believe that the government is supposed to solve all our problems, because we are unable to do it for ourselves.  I find that insulting.

I am voting for Obama.  Mccain knows absolutely nothing about being middle class little lone poor.  His 30 something wife is a partial owner of Busch Beer.  She was worth millions herself.  He doesnt know how many houses he owns.  Some people dont own a good pair of shoes and this idiot that is supposed to lead our country doesnt know how many he owns.  Either he is dumb as a box of rocks or he has so many he cant remember.  Either way it isnt a good thing.  At least Obama knows and understands what it means to be without or have to bust his butt to get somewhere in this world.  I cant vote for another Bush!!!  And I love how Mccain picked Palin to be his running mate.  How convenient is it to select a woman with a child that has a disability.  A woman with young children.  I think he is trying to pull those Hillary followers.  I think it is crap and I think he is an idiot!  Well just my opinion.  Go Senator Obama!!!!!  You have my vote!!!

In answering the question on this post are women just stupid, I say NO they are not. I do not know anybody who will vote for Mc Cain because of Palin being a female, I think women are smarter than that. I am a republican although I am not thrilled with Mc Cain I am NOT voting for him because a women is on the ticket, I vote against Obama for more reasons than I can write here without running out of space on the net. None of them being the fact he is a man and none is because of his color. I do not think either of those points should be an issue, but of course we ALL know they are, sad though.

In general, women are certainly NOT stupid, neither are most men.  But, something happens to the brains of otherwise intelligent people when election time rolls around.  Do we have good representation with the yahoos we have already elected?  What do you think?  Is this election with these particular politicians going to resolve any of the problems this country is facing?  H___, NO!   The good old boy system thrives.  You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours is the name of the game.  We, as constituents of these raving maniacs, lazy dolts and the mass of deaf, blind and stupid that represent us, have got to stop with the complaining amongst ourselves and make them accountable to us.  Our great-grandchildren will be paying the debts of today.  We have no moral, ethical representation, do these politicians even know the meaning of those words?  But where do we begin?  How can we be most effective as individuals and as a impassioned group.  We know what is important, we deal with priorities every day.  Safety, living within our means, saving for the future, providing our children with a good education, that is affordable also, affordable housing, utilities, food and access to healthcare for all.  We are so blessed to live in a country that is known as "the land of plenty".   Today, all we hold dear is threatened by politicians and special interest groups that have not looked at the general welfare and safety of this country for a long, long time.  September 11th is just a few days away.  All those brave, caring and very frightened people died so that a foreign special interest group could express their hate against all things American.  Our own elected officials are just as effectively destroying "the American Way".  How do we as a people curtail this downhill roll that seems to be picking up speed daily?  How do we convince the politicians that their politics are destroying this great country and the patriots they represent?
