I'd like to know how people with in the profession feel about unionizing the nursing profession? I see haggard working conditions in different areas and see how many nurses are walked on or mistreated, and just wonder if there isn't some better way to handle the healthcare problems regarding those people that provide it.... Of course there is an issue with going on strike.... but there are ways to handle indifferences in a union without ever resorting to that.... How do feel about it...let me know?
