Considering most food in healthcare facilities is terrible, what do you usually eat for lunch, dinner or that OMG I finally got 5 minutes to scarf down food time?

My favorites:

1. Amy's Organics frozen meals - yummy & healthy, not at all like your typical frozen dinners


2. Nut & seed mix w/chocolate chips (I make my own) in case I can't break away for more than a moment


3. Clif bars

Thanks greenergrass....I am gong to try some of your suggestions.  I am about to start a new job and the hours are weird.  I don't want to get into bad eating habits and gain  weight.  I have finally lost a few extra pounds I put on over the summer.  Thanks again.
