Posted over 4 years ago I don't know about ya'll but we do chart checks in our facility. we have to go through all our charts and make sure the new orders have been faxed to pharmacy and old orders are transferred to the MARs. It takes almost 2-3hours if you do it right. I was hoping to find a simpler method to give more time for other things. Like sending back meds to pharmacy and the 30+ skilled nursing notes we have to do. Anyone have a suggestion? "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why? | Posted over 4 years ago I really don't know of a simpler method. Making sure orders are correctly caried over is very important. I know the chore sucks. Redneck I is...but bigot I taint! |
