| Posted over 4 years ago Oh my. LOL... I am a McCain/Palin supporter and well... I still found this letter hilarious. I wish I knew why many people take things so seriously in this world, online and off. Life sure is a lot more pleasant when you just relax and take it as it comes. People may disagree with what you believe in... but there is no need for harsh words, feet stomping and whathaveyou. Lighten up. :o) Thanks for posting this letter. It gave me a good laugh. Shannon |

| Posted over 4 years ago nursebadkitty- Thanks for the ego boost lol. Are you for hire? I'm looking to hire someone who is willing to come to my house (or call, email, etc etc) every single day and tell me how fabulous, gorgeous, sexy, intelligent, God's gift to men etc I am. I don't hear nice stuff like that nearly enough LOL. You game? Shannon |

It's a joke. Neither McCain or Palin have any reservations about using religion in the political arena. If you look at this, without prejudices, it shows just how many of the mandates in this which are outdated and do not, fit into the modern world. |

| Posted over 4 years ago dmazment, Maybe I'm a steunod, dumb as a rock, but I don't get it at all! Or , then again, maybe I've not studied the Bible enough. No, I'm not apoligizing. I have my own faiith. |

| Posted over 4 years ago You didn't like it, oh well. For those of us who found it humorous and received a good laugh, it released some endorphins. |

That's the problem; I DO read the Bible and don't really see how quotations from Leviticus apply to a political diiscussion! |

| Posted over 4 years ago I'm not a particularly strong supporter of either candidate, but then I have very high expectations (which will of course NOT be met post election, I know - I'm trying very hard not to set myself up for extreme disappointment!). However, I did find this to be quite humorous. Thank you for the laugh...coming from someone who may take life a bit too seriously, man, some people need to lighten up just a little bit! Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming "Woo-hoo"!!! |

Basically this is taking the laws in the old Testament and applying them to today. Since McCain has brought up God in his speaches that is why this is brought up. But, yes, it is meant to be a joke. I thought it was hilarious. |

| Posted over 4 years ago I think it is hilarious,,,even though I like McCain! (I think he would prob think it is funny too) Every single politician with an opinion has a chink or two in the ole armor...if they weren't so opinionated, it wouldn't be half so entertaining to watch.

Ok, this was funny. I'm an imperfect Christian and laughed too. Thing is, what if you want both a Canadian and a Mexican? If I can get a decent price for my daughter, do I have to give a refund when they find out how she really is? Am I in trouble for last weeks BBQ? It did stink to high heaven, I used Walmart Brand BBQ sauce and tried to 'doctor' it up. I'm a McCain supporter but both candidates have shown good sense of humors on tv at times. We only have one heart, take care of it! Angie |

| Posted over 4 years ago I still don't see how putting "lipstick on a pig" or in many ways stated, that this resembles a letter |

thanks though lol I'm having a particularly "uncool" day today so that comment was appreciated.
