The hospital I work for is offering each employee $10 per month if they take a one time hospital sponsored physical (including body fat and blood tests). They are not offering ways to improve on any conditions you may have, just the test.

I remember reading a month ago or so about hospitals (I believe out east) that had done the same and had been caught firing employees who didn't meet certain criteria, though giving them different reasons for the termination.

Has anyone else heard about this? I would like to post a link to a newspaper to show my fellow employees though I am having a hard time finding something online.

The whole thing sounds fishy mudkills. If I were in your position I would avoid the test until they made you do it. Ten dollars per month is certainly not worth it!!
