Posted about 1 year ago NursingLink Members, Many of you today have been very outspoken about your aversion to the points system. While many of you dislike the points system, there are also a large faction of people who enjoy it and find it fun and motivating. The point system is not meant to cause hostility on the site, it is meant to be a simple reward for those who are active on NursingLink.We will therefore not be removing the points system from NursingLink. We also do not think it is constructive to bombard the site with inflammatory posts. We do not find this type of communication constructive and we feel that it creates a general sense of hostility that is unwelcoming to all users. We do; however, believe that your requests for the points not counting for "forum games" is extremely valid. The solution is that our developers are working on a system in which we will be able to tag threads and those threads will not count towards your reputation score. In the mean time, we have made a fix so that the forum games will not show up in the "Most Recent Topics" list. If you have any more concerns, please send a PM to the Editor, GBPrice or Jawirt.
