I have a close relative who works in the dietary dept of a hospital.  Sometimes when patients come in that are known to my family this person will end up telling my family members.  It makes me really upset because of the confidentiality laws.  I did try to explain that the person could end up losing their job etc..Last night I was talking with a family member and they said did you know so and so was in the hospital in the hospice room. I said how do you know that and they told me it was this certain person who told them. Any advise on how to handle this situation?
