Can anyone tell me more about the duties of an LPN?  I am considering this as a second career. Are there more nursing duties or bathing, changing clothes, and personal care/incontinence needs? I am more interested in handling their medical history, shots, etc.

Would a doctor's office duties and nursing home duties be the same?  What are the differences?
