Posted over 4 years ago What I like about these two I there experience, intelligence & Pallin looks like the typical soccer mom. If her case hockey mom. She just appears very approachable that she to the people and at the same time she can show her leadership and intelligence at the same time.

| Posted over 4 years ago At first I was a little apprehensive because I heard her giving a speech on tv, and she didn't impress me much... but it got me thinking... we need a women's point of view in this, and I certainly agree with more of the views on McCain's side rather than Obama... so what a better match than a down to Earth kind of woman with a very conservative man... It could be interesting to see them at work when they win.... which I am hoping for... |

| Posted over 4 years ago Down to earth??? She has to be the least down to earth person we all know. She's super strict/conservative. Her stance on everything is absolute with no room to consider any options, even if the facts prove otherwise. Even more so than McCain. She tried in the past to BAN BOOKS in her libraries in Alaska. She's fired people in Alaska on emotion, Not facts.

| Posted over 4 years ago Did anyone read the McCain and Palin title of the site here, does everyone need to have there apposing opinion heard on this site? I do not come on here very often but politics is not a great topic to have between strangers especially clearly hormonal strangers. just an observation reading some of the posting around here. |

| Posted over 4 years ago Kaye7, I clearly see that you have read the posts, isn't it amazing if there was truly a question that was asked it was never answered. But there was a bunch of mud slinging going on. I think your comment was great. I do not think it was intended to get so ugly. Have a great weekend

That state trooper who was abusive to her sister got off light. I feel if was a coincident he was an inlaw of the Governor. Did you know he tasered her son? That kid was 10 years old. Most state mandadtes for public law enforcement, they often 'frown' on physical abuse..........and I think tasering a 10 yr old is sort of abusive. What books did she want to ban in Alaska? I went to Yahoo and was not able to find which books. What I did read was that a libary patron went to the Mayor's office <Sarah Palin> and had a complaint about a certain book. Mayor Palin asked the head librarian what was done in the past regarding issues like that and I was still not able to find the final answer. All I could find was that the Mayor was responding to a complaint by a citizen. Mayors are elected officials and often maintain their positions by keeping the people who elected them happy! I dont believe in banning books either. As for firing a guy on state paroll for not maintaining state employees guilty of assault, sounds like she was doing her job to me. I bet if that state trooper had no familial relation with the Governor she would still enforce his firing, a decent governor would do that. We only have one heart, take care of it! Angie |
