Taking the NCLEX is one of the hardest things that we have to do.  The worst part about it is, is not knowing if you passed or failed.  I just took the exam on 9/11/08 (I know terrible day to take it) and I got 233-235 questions.  I went with my other friend and she was long gone by the time I finished.  She ended up with 75 questions.  I was for certain I failed...I went into a spiraling depression for 2 days and did nothing but study like a manic person!!!!My husband and friends kept convincing me I passed and they just didnt understand that I KNEW I haf failed. I just knew it!!!!! there was noone I had heard of that passed at 233. I heard of 75-105 and 265 but NOT 233!!!! The questions I had were so ridiculous and all night I kept remembering some of the answers I put!!!! and how I knew I got them wrong.....Since I had between 233-235 I got all subjects you can imagine(6 math, 20 meds, all diseases, herbal treatments,orthopedics you name it I had it!!!).  Waiting for the results was awful I swear I went into metabolic acidosis with all the U know whats!!!LoL think ass you will know.  Well come Sat 9/13 I logged in I swear 10 times and they were not there.  Someone told me that the results are up about 1 hr after the start of the test. So I looked at 9:15 AM and they were there.  So I paid my 7.50 I think and waited for the screen to come up.  It popped up and all I saw was the word PASS...I could not believe what I saw...Unfortunetly for me I am still hearing I told you so from everyone!!!!! so all of you out there that are lucky enough to get over 200 questions just be sure to rememeber it does not by any means mean you failed...!!!and don't go studying like I did because it will give you ulcers and its not going to help....keep your head up and think I am an RN....Good Luck to all of you....
