| Posted over 5 years ago Get your assessment skills in order. KNOW your lung sounds. KNOW when you should notify a doc. And take the orientation at your new employer seriously. Don't think of it as a "free four weeks" when you just tag along and get paid....help your preceptor out, offer to do the dressing changes and the venipunctures, and ASK QUESTIONS!! |
