Posted over 5 years ago What is your pet peeve? Mine is for someone to use the last order sheet and not replace it, or to use the last line of a progress note and not replace it with a fresh one. |

| Posted over 5 years ago mine is for a nurse to leave something undone on their shift that could have easily been taken care of but they were too lazy to do and now it's left up to me. |
