I hope the administrators are looking at this. Some of my friends here have received a message from someone asking for help, who says she is sick in  the Ivory Coast and needs help financially.

I'm afraid my NL friends (especially those outside the USA) are not used to these scams. We get them all the time here.

They are not from hackers, they are VERY dangerous organized criminal enterprises operating in Africa, away from U.S. jurisdiction!

It is a scam to get your bank info. DO NOT RESPOND! Don't even write to say "Get lost!" You will then be on their list and may be bombarded with these emails.

Again, just DELETE this type of message immediately, but first copy it and notify an administrator (I'm not even sure who they are here!). The email itself is harmless, just get rid of it.

Never, ever, ever give anyone personal or bank information!
