I have just left a job to go to another. I ad a friend that was also my boss that I talked with "off the record". A nurse from a place I worked long ago came back and I wanted to warn her against this person. Come to find out she hired him. I had told two other nurse in my departent to watch out because they were also friends. My ex-boss took this information to the director who intern went to HR wanting to fire me. Then I recieve a phone call from them. I still work for the cooperation but in a different place. I still have to call the department alot for certain things but our friendship is gone. How do I handle this? Just yesterday my boss hugged me and told me she loved me and would call me even though she went to the HR the day before that. How wrong! The tears kep coming today.
