You see, I am a Cancer Survivor. I was able to beat it twicw. I have the will to live, and some great doctors who care for me. When I was first diagnosed, I was only 18 years old. I was a Senoir in high school. When I found out, I felt my life was over. But with alot of  strong family support, I got my diploma. The doctor I saw then told my mom that I would only be around for another 6 months, if I am lucky. He explained that the tumor grew so fast that it was a definite it spread. I decided, that if I was going to pass, I did not want any chemotherapy or radiation. I just preferred to be remembered as a fighter, not sick and in bed 24/7.  My family did not like my idea at first, but eventually realized that this was my life, and this is what I want to do with the rest of what was left. That was the best decision I ever made!!! I am still here .................15 YEARS LATER!!!!!!!! Since then, I married, had two kids, which I would not have been able to have if I did the chemotherapy. Now , I just take one day at a time. To me everyday is a blessing. Afterall, I was not supposed to here.........

You are someone very blessed and you know that God has a reason for you still being here. I wish you all the happiness in the world and always remember that NO MAN can control ones destiny.....you are awesome! I applaud you for realizing at such a young age what you did and did NOT want in your life and for taking  LEap of faith. Good luck in all you do and may your hearts desire always be given to you.
