I have a son that is ADD. At times I wonder if he is not just full of it. His grades are A/ B. He is not on any medication but he has difficulty with emotions. He told me "My moods are like a revolving door" "It swings" We have been able to control with exercise and channeling with drumming. But lately this is not working. Any help without medications?
