Posted over 4 years ago You know, guys, then end of a long campaign is in sight and we all have out own opinions about which candidates would be better for this country. However, just because someone disagrees with your ideological/political bent, doesn't give you free license to bach them. Let's try to reserve soem sense of civility for this board. In a few days the election will be over and we'll be picking different topics to discuss. WHATEVER topics we choose, let's try to find soem sense of decorum, that sense that nurses are well-known for. |

cd, It shows a LOT about nurses as professionals. Sure, we like to let our hair down, but we don't nee to sling mud and hash and hate to do it. What would you think of your banker or a physician who does this? Surgeosns who throw equipment in the OR are not on the top of my hit parade. According to Gallup polls, nurses ARE BETTER THAN THAT and I've got faith, I doubt mis-placed in my fellow nurse. |

| Posted over 4 years ago I am sure that after the election we will all return to "normal" whatever that may be. We all just have to realize that nurses are those with their own minds. We can't be pushed around! So when it comes to something we feel strongly about, like ouor patients for example, we are going to fight for it. Am I right or am I right? LOL. Oh and all in good natured fun, please don't get mad I just have to say Gosh are you two as educated as you say, you cant even type without typos! I think I saw that on one of the locked political discussions. OH LOL that is to funny, I guess some always have to find something to fight about huh.
