After you get your associates there are many colleges (and even online) that do ASN to BSN. Just make sure the degree you get from the community college will be accepted by the university you want your BSN from. Sometimes that can cause a problem. Michelle |

| Posted about 4 years ago HEY EVERYONE I'M CURRENTLY A PRE-NURSING STUDENT. IM GRADUATING THIS SEMESTER MAY 2009 WITH MY PRE-NURSING DEGREE IN HOPES TO GET ACCEPTED TO A BACHELORS DEGREE NURSING PROGRAM. TO BE HONEST I DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVE TO TAKE COURSES THAT ARE NOT HEALTH-RELATED. CURRENTLY I AM TAKING INTRO. TO PHILOSOPHY, GENERAL, ORGANIC, BIOCHEMISTRY, WITH THE LAB, AND COLLEGE ALGEBRA. IT SUCKS BUT WHATEVER JUST DO IT. IT WILL PAY OFF! I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MY GRADUATION IN A FEW WEEKS. LATER I GOT TO HIT THE BOOKS..............I GOT FINALS..........LOL!

| Posted about 4 years ago This semester I took A&P II, Medical Ethics, Nutrition, and 2 fitness classes. I am awaiting my admissions letter from the nursing division, so I will know exactly what my next move is! They said I should get it day after tomorrow, letting me know either way. |

| Posted about 4 years ago Well,the semeser ends next week and I will finally be done with my pre's.So happy!!!I take the Teas next week and I have been studying real hard so i hope all goes well.I plan to take developmental psychology over the summer so I can knock out one of the pre's for the bachelor's progam.Wish me luck,ADN program starts in August. |

| Posted about 4 years ago Nothing this summer. I'll finish my last 2 pre-reqs in the Fall, Intro to Microbiology and Intro to Pharmacology....I hope I can handle them both....I'll try my hardest.. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago I just recently changed my major from Business Management to Nursing. Thankfully, the business management pre reqs are similar to nursing. I finished eng 101, speech, intro to computers, and sociology. Now I've been granted permission to retake my math placement test because it's been 4 years since I first taken it and I want to limited the amount of non-credit course I have to take. If I could just test out of 81 into 82 or 83, I would be happy. I have to take math 111. I think that is mostly statistics. Whatever I have to do to get this over with. I wish I could go full time. That would be soooooooo nice. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago Aloha, I'm taking Microbiology (non-accelorated) and A&P I accelorated and I'm going to try to CLEP Algebra this afternoon. I'm active duty Air Force, juggling a little one and military life. Pretty rough, but totally worth it. Anyone taken microbiology? kinda of nervous about it. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago I have to say i recomend taking a basic biology class first then both A&P 1 and 2 then micro. it kinda goes in order cause with each class it just keeps going deeper into detail about alot of the same stuff.. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago I have actually finished my LVN, but I am once again a pre-nursing student since I want to bridge into the RN program. I am taking A&P 1, Chemistry, and Basic Color And Design. |
