Posted over 4 years ago i came in us via k1 visa or fiance visa and i graduted as a nurse in phil..i dont hold a licensed.. so can i still take the exam???? tnx.... |

| Posted over 4 years ago I have a suggestion: Determine which state you would like to practice here. Look up the Board of Nursing in that state. Typically, the state will have regulations based on your dilema and can offer you some guidelines as to what they expect. I saw one titled "Foreign Educated Nurses". Good luck. |

| Posted over 4 years ago i think we have the situation. my visa is k1 as well and by the time i passed the local board in the philippines im already hir in US. it means, i dont have my license with me. in the application form you can attached a letter stating the reason why you dont have ur license and needs to be notarized. then another thing you need is the SS#. thats all u need to apply for NCLEX-RN. gudluck! |
