Kronos anyone?

Posted over 4 years ago Does anyone use kronos workforce timekeeper and scheduler in their facility? If so who is in charge of the upkeep? Obviously IT would do part of this but who is in charge of making sure new employees, rules, scheduling times are updated? |

| Posted over 4 years ago We used the kronos system where I used to work. The Practice manager came around with aprintout ofout time and we then looked over and signed and were asked if we wanted to use any pal time. Then she waould fax it to HR speak your mind..for those that matter dont mind and those that mind ..dont matter.. |

| Posted over 4 years ago Thanks for the responses- I know the unit managers would take care of the time piece for each individual unit but for the system as a whole someone need to be in charge of updates that would not be an IT person. Who would add the new people into the system? or the new dept? or even job levels? It would obviosly take care of their part of system updates but that would only be software related not employee related. Do you have a central scheduling department or person that handles those updates- unit managers would not have that type of access. |
