Posted almost 6 years ago I am an LPN who has worked agency for about 10 yrs...I am tired of long hours out on the floor, I am considering going back to school to get my Batchlors in nursing or pyschology and become and addictions therapist or substance abuse counselor, so I would still be helping people, just not killing my back anymore out on the floor....

| Posted almost 6 years ago Online degree programs are great because you can create your own hours and you don't have to spend time commuting. This would also be a great option for you if you want to work while you're in school. Check out our EDUCATION section - there is a list of "featured schools," and I believe that some of these are online degree programs. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago Go for it! I'm so glad that I finally finished my MSN and am now working in an office setting. My back, knees, and feet are thanking me on a daily basis. I do miss my buddies at the hospital though. I did my degree online and did my clinicals locally all while working full time. |
