OMG.................. on the news they are showing  an 8 yr old kid from Arizona who is accused of  killing his dad and some other guy.  Initially <from what I heard on the news> they were gonna charge him as an adult?  Then they changed it to a juvenile charge?  How could they even think about charging him in the first place as an adult.  Has anyboy heard anything about this?  I just saw where the police were questioning him and he didn't have an adult family member present.............he sounded so 'odd', but then what kid could sound non-odd if they were hauled off to jail for murder.  They have this kid looking like Michael Myers from Halloween.
