Posted over 4 years ago Hello my name is Betty. I graduated May 07 with a AS then received my RN. I strated working at a local hospital and some how could not live up to their expectionations. After 16mths. they me go. So now I find out that the nurses i worked with are not allowed to be proffessinal referance for me and now that it has been 3 wks and no job. The worse part is I was in home health CNA before that job so i basicaly have no referances. My question is how do I get around this problem of not being able to use my profencial refferaces. HELP if you can |

| Posted over 4 years ago Have you attempted to explain to the prospective employer about your cirumstances from the other job? I have found that most employers are open minded about these things, as they have been in those situations themselves. Can you get references from your teachers? Or some docs that you worked with? |
