What are some entrepeneural careers in Nursing?

Posted over 4 years ago Just curious on some of the things that one can do in Nursing. I know of a lady that started a Certified Nurse Assistant school. I also hear and not sure if it is true that NP's can open their own practice. What else is out there? |

| Posted over 4 years ago It depends I think on what state you are in, as far as NP's opening own practice. I am not sure but you have to investigate further. You can go into travel nursing agency, staffing agency, home health agency etc... I would think you would do better with a business degree to get into all of those however, but I maybe wrong. I know there are nurses who have done it. I WENT TO SINCLAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND CAPITAL UNIVERSITY IN THE LATE 1980'S AND EARLY 1990'S. LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU FELLOW NURSING STUDENTS. |
