Hi, I'm currently in California on  vacation. I have a tourist visa and am going back  to the Philippines this April. I filed my application a week ago and was wondering if ever I get my eligibility to take the test, can I choose to take it when I come back to the Philippines??? or do i have to take it here?? Can anyone help me regarding this matter??
