hello all, i just joined. iam a registered nurse from nigeria. and have practiced for the past 4 years now.
i still feel not satisfied with what is done here, i mean wholistically, it's quite frustrating here. i have this srong desire to come to the u s a, to practice in the near future, most likely after taking the cgfns exam.
at the moment, am getting fed up with the nursing job here, as there is no motivation, no job security, and lots more, i am thinking of quiting. pls what should i do?

Even though I am a fan of unviersal healthcare and I think that our country needs to improve WHO can have access to healthcare, I do believe that the U.S. has the best QUALITY of healthcare.
