Posted over 2 years ago RN2B: I love untold Stories of the ER-my favorite was when the man cut off his own hand and claimed he had been in a lawn mower accident-he even brought his hand to er to have it sewn back on! Hbo had a series several years ago about ghastly things that went on in morgues (actual scenes in morgues). I can't remember the name. I use to watch that.

Posted over 2 years ago I watch Discovery Health Channel Not see untold stories yet. I have also missed House. I have heard many people say it is a very good show. Someone told me that he says all of the things to patients that we just wish we could say. Ginny

Posted over 2 years ago I don't care for House. He is a little too over the top for me, in fact he's downright rude. Plus the show started to be more about him then the patients. I don't watch Grey's Anatomy either. I don't like shows about the DRs lives, I 'd rather know about the patients. I love all those forensic shows tho.

Posted over 2 years ago charlita, I am with you. I would rather know about the patients. I also like warm fuzzies. I quit watching ER when they all started sleeping together. And when my boyfriend left the show. Ginny

Posted over 2 years ago I really like House. He is rude but gets the job done in the end most of the time. General Hospital is also my soap of the day. Jason and Sonny are just - yum! TIVO all the way!

| Posted over 2 years ago *charlita:* Never saw the one with the deliberate amputation. Sounds like a psych consult was in order. Was there a reason given? Probably just wanted to know how it felt huh? ...Kidding, kidding!

Posted over 2 years ago I have watched all the shows mentioned including Diagnosis Murder with Dick Van Dyke and his son. As the World Turns started out to follow a Doctor's family but they are long gone now. and Edge of Night's main character was a doc. I've always said hospitals are great fodder for TV. Just look at the drama!!! Donna Reed's husband was a doctor also. Wow the memories I was going to marry Dr. Kildare. For the Aussie, he played the priest in Thorn Bird's. Handsome...

Posted over 2 years ago Has anyone mentioned Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman? BTW...Dr. House is mine (he-he-he) ALL MINE (aaahhhh- ha-ha-ha)!!!! I don't care how rude is is, I KNOW that man has a soft spot somewhere...if it's up to me...I'll find it! ; ) Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming "Woo-hoo"!!!

Posted over 2 years ago St.Elsewhere was one of my all time favorite shows. I also liked Trapper John, Chicago Hope, Doogie, MASH, and now ER and House. I stopped watching ER after Clooney left also cdnurse, but started watching again when Luca, came on. Honestly, I think he is hotter than Clooney! I melt everytime he smiles! The story lines have gotten better recently, until this last episode, Luca's wife slept with someone else cause she was drunk and I was very dissappointed in the writers.

Posted over 2 years ago I watched 'em ALL, and LOVED them all!! VickieLee, Adam 12 was a cop show...I think that you're thinking of The Rookies, which was cops & firemen, BUT the wife of one was Kate Jackson as a nurse...LOVE HER!!!...so that counts. All My Children started in a hospital...Joe Martin was cheif of staff, and Ruth was a nurse. Can't stand to watch the REAL (medical) stuff on TV, grosses me out, but love the fiction. They NEVER pu t the siderails up!
