I have a cushy job.................but I'm feeling really alot like I am disastified with my postion.  The money sucks, and its in the same facility of my mom's md  <bad ulcer gonna kick in with tthat thought>.   I do telemetry for cardiac rehab patients.  With the economy like it is, im doubting that in the near future cardiac rehab will soon fall into one of those nonpaying services by medicare so the job is not prosperous for revenue.  I am wanting to get back to the hospital............get my hands dirty and do down and dirty med surg.............got an offer on the phone but have issues turning in a 'iquit letter'.   My hours on my job was slashed yet again last week.   I've been in cardiac rehab for 4 yrs, but its all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$  I am being beckoned by the hospital for bedside nursing with a fab starting pay.   Any pros and cons for either?    Id love to hear.
