I was handed a notice from the hosital that in these difficult times we were going to get our 3% increase but health care cost were increasing. That cancels the raise! As I walked on the unit, there was a buzz going about a certain newspaper article regarding the president's salary of the Hospital I work for. GUESS what he makes???????????? $523,000.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I told the nurses I work with that the next time he is serving strawberry shortcake to the staff (as he did this past week) that he should FEED me mine!
