How to become a Nurse

Posted 10 months ago Years ago I started a pre-med program halfway through I decided to switch and go into nursing ...circumstances and life I did not finish. Its eight years later and I still have the desire to go into the field. I remember my daughter's grandmother going late in life and became very successful however she had quit her job and dedicated herself to the program (having a husband to support her) My current circumstance as a single mother doesnt allow for that. My current job pays well but doesnt offer the time to take classes. I was told once that there are grants and monies available that would allow a person to go to school for nursing as it is a growing field with vast shortages. Where could I find such funding opportunities? I do not wish to start again only to have to quit because of funding thank |

| Posted 10 months ago I would talk with an advisor at the school you went to before..or if youve moved then find out where they offer an LPN program and talk to them about your situation. Also your local job service has resources to help you in your pursuit of a career.Check them out and ask about programs they have help further your career. Specifically ask about grants there. Good luck!
speak your mind..for those that matter dont mind and those that mind ..dont matter.. |
