As I remember it, although I'm not sure, I worked with Doctor Gupta for a short time as a home health R.N.. If this is the case, I remember him as a very co-operative, kind, and respectful M.D..  My probable personal favorable experiences with him, therefore, are the reasons why I recommend him for the Surgeon General position.

I have watched Dr. Gupta since he started on CNN.  I used to like him but I have noticed that he has sold out to the advertisers.

If he sells out to them there is a real good chance of him selling out to the lobbyists.  Therefore I don't think he is to be trusted.

I believe Dr. G. the lady that does the autopsies would be a better choice.

I think Dr. Gupta's a cool guy, but if he has become a sell out then maybe some of us nurses should put a bug in his ear to remind him that he's a doctor first, a talking head second.

Very sad that I'm so uninformed. Thank goodness for this site! Who??? for what ??? Too many other things like the economy and a job search have taken control. Guess before I comment I'll have to research the subject. Thanks for the heads up. I take it this means he's in line for the office? Let me get back to ya.
