Where's Obama's plan?  I thought this site was to spell out his plan. Realistically he can't propose any plan until in office with the excedption of beginning to choose individuals for positions he already has!

I hope the nursing organizations focus more on enabling seasoned nurses continuing to have a role and influence upon newer nurses which includes funding for education, getting hospitals and facilities to have the equipment available for those of us over 50 to keep working,  and keeping the patient care ratios so that middle age nurses can keep working and so we don't burn out our younger nurses!
