After having my children I no longer wanted to work 12 hours a week on my feet and be away from my children, but still wanted to be involved in the medical industry. So I started looking for something that I could do from home. At this time I was also looking for health coverage for my husband and I. Being that my husband owns a small business the prices for a family of 4 were outrages. Plus on top of that they wanted to raise my part of the coverage 100% because I have high blood pressure, cholestrol and back problems. So there was no way we could afford that. I think that it is really lame that they would charge you extra for having a pre-exsiting condition.

I thought this was perfect. Not only did our family sign up on the plan because we need health coverage I also became an Independent Business owner with the company because of the great benefits. 

I just knew that there were others out there like me that could not get coverage due to pre-exsiting conditions and simply could not afford traditional health care. I think it is a wonderful plan. It covers medical,dental,cosmetic dentristy, lasik eye surgery,cosmetic surgery and more. It offers everything that a traditional insurance would offer and some more. Plus you can pick any doctor that is on our plan and there is no paper work, forms, claims to file none of that stuff. Plus it is very affordable for a small family or a large family. The total health package for medical and dental is only $39.95 per month for a family up to 20 people related or not living under one roof. It is such a great plan. The only thing is that it is not insurance and you have to pay at the time of service but you get a huge discount and don't have to pay full price. Most cash paying patients will usually get anywhere from a 5-10% discount depending on the type of provider you are seeing. But with this plan you save up to 50% on medical, 80% on Dental, 60% vision and 50% on chiropractic. The dental plan is awesome. There are no limits and no limits of the how many times you can go to the dentist. Which most insurance only allows $1500 a year maxium and after you have exhausted that amount than everything else is left up to you to pay. Also most other discount plans make you pay the full amount and then they reminberse you. Not Ameriplan you get the discount on the spot!

I just wanted to let everyone know that there are plans out there that are affordable and worth the money for those that need help. Now some discount plans are not worth paying for or even your time to look into. But I truly believe in Ameriplan because I have seen the savings myself of what this card brings. Plus not only that but I am also a provider rep and contract doctors and any health care profession to come a provider with our plan so our members can get quality health care.

I don't think that there will ever be a time where health care will be giving to everyone, so for those that can not get traditional health care should look into a discount plan like Ameriplan.
