Does anyone know anymore about  Adrenoleukodystraphy (AKA-ALD) than I do?  Michael Murphy Adone had this illness and lived a pretty short life....how long can one live with this illness?  I know that the mylen sheath covering the brain cells is slowly eaten away.  One loses all functions after a while....site, walking, eating, etc.  Help.  I need more info
