When I was looking for a new job I was interveiwed  by HR people that just wasted my time.  Would lie to you. Call you back for 2 or 3 interveiws then send you a letter that either you where over qualified or underqualilfied.  Your appointment would be for  1PM and they made you wait for an hour or more.  I did get the job that I wanted, however, the process was horrible.

I have been through some interviews like that, the callbacks, and you think you are a shoe in.....you have to look at it from their end, they are looking for a perfect match, you cant take it personally...i look at it like it's thier loss.
