Posted about 4 years ago my niece is an immigrant and unfortunately didn't pass the phil board she took last nov 2008. I would like to know if CA BON will allow her to take NCLEX? Thanks!

| Posted about 4 years ago Yes. California is the only state that allows nursing fresh graduates even without Philippine Local Board exam. I just took the NCLEX-RN exam last February even though I don't have Phil. Local board. Take it from my experience. |
