Ativan or Klonopin for anxiety works AWESOME!  .5mg-1.0mg per tablet.  1-3 tablets a day as needed for anxiety.  It works great when you are working the ER!

Whats wrong with good old prozac?   Just because it went out of style with big hair doesnt mean its not fabulous...........I still like big hair.  Prozac was originally given to me years ago for depression after a bad divorce, I was constantly eating...........and the md who precribed it said prozac did something in the brain that could help with nightime binge eating.   I lost the 40# and havent gained it back.  The night time thing the doc told me could be a load of crap to get me to leave his office so he could go play golf, but  I have no complaints with prozac.  I do have an RX for xanex, but only take it for extremely stressful situations, aka flying...........vacation with family, etc.  I would advice anybody if they were given a benzo for a particular reason................when your reason is over, get rid of it, and call the doc 2 weeks in advance if you know your going to travel.  Benzos do serve a purpose, but I couldnt function in society taking it on a routine basis, and I'm glad I dont enjoy being a zombie!   <free tip, never get online when you take a xanex and have tequila>      Angie
