Need Some Ideas....Labor and Delivery Nurses

Posted about 4 years ago I am in my last semester of nursing school and I am precepting in Labor and Delivery. I am required to do a project and write a 10 page paper on any issue in this area that I could research and come up with an idea to help solve the problem..... any ideas or issues that you see in your hospitals that we could brainstorm about??? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!! |

| Posted about 4 years ago Well, not that I am partial or anything, but in our hospital we have a severe lack of breastfeeding support. We are a small hospital so our L&D nurses are also our post-partum/nursery nurses. We have a poor breastfeeding initiation rate! |
