1. Do I have to undergo finger scanning again? 2. Do I have to write the Nursing School to request for Transcript again, the registrar already did send them my TOR and everything for my first NCLEX-RN exam.

Each candidare taking the NCLEX most contact your board of nursing to obtain the necessary forms after the minimum of 45 or 90 days have expired, and information to reregister at anytime. You will be issued your ATT testing date, and yes you will have to pay the testing fees again, and you will have to go through the same processes that your went through before when your took the NCLEX-RN. | Posted about 4 years ago you just have to go to www.rn.ca.gov. You'll see a form there that you'll have to fill out for retake. There's no need for request for transcript from the school. It's $75 in CA for the retake. |
