You are choosing the HOTTEST months to move to Phoenix.  But don't worry, the 6 months of beautiful winter weather makes up for it (a little).  If I were you I'd go to the Banner Health web site and check out their job listings.  they have a lot of the hospitals in the Phoenix metro area.  Call and ask them about NETU.  I think that stands for Nurse Education Training Unit where they will preceptor nurses.  Usually those are on Med-Surg floors.  Most of the job action is on the East side of town, i.e Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale.  I live on the west side which is growing-- West Phoenix, Glendale, Surprise, Sun Cities, Peoria.  You don't want to have to commute too far in Phoenix (horrible traffic) so Mapquest the job you're looking at from your potential home.  Hope this helps.
