Posted about 4 years ago I am currently taking Mental Health in my sophomore semester by itself. I thought I would be fine...since I am only taking one class. I was wrong... Mental Health is hard. I feel like my anxiety about school has risen learning about mental health. I think I may have some test anxiety and am not doing so hot in the class. Does anyone have any test advice or study advice. I need some motivation and a little encouragment. |

| Posted about 4 years ago Studying mental health requires inner strength and healthy mind. You should not be affected by what you are reading, take it objectively otherwise you'll be carried away emotionally and worse comes to worst you will be like one of the patient. Think that your purpose of studying that field is to help them and stick to that goal. Do not feel bad if you can not make it perfectly right because mentally ill patient are so unpredictable. Just believe in what you can do and you'll be fine. I know you can. Go girl!!!! |
