Its quite obvious to me to see health issues being politicized.

Most African leaders after assuming power, then tends to politicized everything including the healthcare of the people. During campaigns they promise heaven for workers and when they assume power, the whole system changes.

I am with the opinion that leaders who do so should not be taken serious because the health of the nation is its future
