Posted 8 months ago I didn't know that they replaced the NET with the TEAS, I thought they were two different test. I know that the TEAS is hard, I will be taking it in May. When are you scheldule to take it? I am a proud mother of three beautyful daughter. I currently live in Los Angeles California. I've worked as a heathecare provider for almost 10 years. I am curently in school to pursue my MSN in nursing, and wants to work as a pediactric nurse, in public health.

Posted 8 months ago I didn't know that either. I thought they were 2 different tests too. I had to take the NET in order to get into the hospital program I start in August. It really wasn't that bad. There were a couple of questions I just wondered about Cheryl

Posted 8 months ago I just took the Teas test yesterday, study the math and english portions really well, they are worth the most points. The math was the hardest for me due to the time limit, I had to make a few quick guesses at the end. I would suggest paying the 30-dollars and taking the practice online test- offered by the same people who sell the study guide- it will give you a good idea of what the test is like. I asked what the average percentile range of the people who tested with me was and it was pretty low 70--76% which would lead me to believe its a pretty hard test. It is up to the school which test they use. I have never seen the NET test out this direction. Good luck if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Posted 8 months ago Omg...So, I finally took the test today and in my opinion the Math was the hardest(which I didn't pass by 4 points)and the Reading I passed with flying colors. I also did well on the English and Science. The Math I would recommend you really know measurements because that was my weakest area or lowest score. The TEAS test the same things(whole numbers, percentages, algebra, fraction and decimals, absolute value,etc..) as the NET, but most of the questions are word problems, but I am suppose to go and get help at the academic center and when they are satisfied with my performance I get to go back and take it.Oh yeah, and they also have a few anatomy and micro common sense questions on there. The Math and the reading are what count the most. You have to have a 65 percentile in Math and 75 percentile in reading for the RN program. For the PN both have to be at the 60 percentile.

Posted 7 months ago Hello, I actually have been studying for the TEAS test and you can find alot of material on it from atitesting.com. It is actually really helpuful. Try and study really hard on the math portion of it though because some of the problems may be a little confusing at times.
