Posted about 4 years ago I need to write a paper on a medical malpractice lawsuit. I am having a hard time finding a site that has some cases and outcomes. When I google, I get a ton of lawyers who handle these cases. Does anyone have any ideas on exactly what keywords I should be searcing? ideally I would love to write about a an anesthesiology malpractice suit. I would appreciate any suggestions on the best way to actually find a site other than a lawyer. Thanks! Shell |

| Posted almost 3 years ago I think you should check the state of Nevada. We have had some whoppers. Like the Hep C outbreak because of re-using single use vials and double dipping needles in them during colonoscopies.!! This is just going to court but has gone on over years. There are several doctors being sued individually. Personally, I had a letter from an out patient surgery center where I had a procedure done that said they had not been sterilizing their equipment correctly so I needed to be checked for Hep C and AIDS! That was a scary time period. Fortunately, I'm good and have a clean bill of health. Health care in this state is very scary to say the least. |

. All the best with your assignment.
