My fiance has an opportunity to get a really good job in Southern Cal (my hometown).  We live in Washington right now and am finishing up my pre-req's for the nursing program here.  I am trying to see if any of my classes will transfer, but schools won't talk to me over the phone, only in person.  We are on a quarter system here and California is on a semester program.  It sounds to me that schools there won't take that.  In the fall I will have my AA degree.  I may wait and get my nursing education here and transfer my license to California, but I hate to make my fiance lose out on a really good job.  Any ideas?  This might be more of a pain than it's worth.

Also what is Arnold's plan for the nursing shortage and education?  I have heard that there will be changes starting next year.  Thanks!
