Hey Fellow Nursing Buffs,

I just want your valued opinion on this subject.  How many of us feel that doctors get all the credit for our hard work and knowledge? For instance, first year Residents aren't even versed in orders writing, (which is fine), but don't pretend you know about the floor and unit than we have been there all along.  We, as nurses and allied health don't mind being in the background, but please know we are well versed in our craft and deserve respect too, your thoughts.
