Remontrol, wow.   When I first saw your topic, I was interested because my husband and I had recently been looking for an assisted living facility for my mother in law .............but when I read what you posted I was shocked, then I giggled.    I was thinking 'how tacky'.......making a buck on nursing like through a posting.   Then I thought back to the time I referred a pal to a facility I was working at, they didn't put my name on the application.........and I also gave them glowing referrals for the position.   I would never refer anyone for a position in nursing unless I thought they would be qualified.  Now for a shift on the whole thing........................has anyone had a relative that used you for a reference for a job and they sucked?  Or how about getting caught sleeping with alot of staff members?    Or maybe acused of stealing?  A niece of my husband put mine, my mom's and my sister's name on a job application  in our town  for a receptionist position without your knowledge?   Well that happened to me, my mom and sister..........the neice didnt steal anything, but she was a horrible employee, called in sick all the time, came in late................and she did sleep with a 'few' of the maintenace staff.  Holy crap...........remote, you sure you want to leave your post here?  BTW, I couldnt pull up the website.........but I'll keep trying.   If they have one in our area, we'd be happy to my my mother in law over!  Remote if someone gets hired on your behalf, maybe they wont be lazy, sluts!   My family is so trashy, I've often wished I was switched at birth in the hospital when I was born!
