I'm new to the forum, as I read all your post, I completely relate. I also have failed boards 3x and am now taking a remedial course, I can't tell you how different things look to me after taking this class. This lady is amazing, the pointers she gives and the way she explains the systems is unreal. It is a 10 week course with clinicals and all. She is also state board certified to give this course. If any of you are in the Fl area. Look her up. Here is the link http://www.millersnursingreview.com/page/page/891345.htm I will be doing my clinical rotation in about 2 weeks.  They are only 4 weeks of clinical and the rest is classroom time. This women has truly been a blessing. I hope this helps someone out there, and take advantage of this class, it took me many years to find a course like this. We have had people travel hours and stay in hotels just to take her course. Please look at her website or just call her, you will be impressed.

I am a nursing instructor.  I looked into this plan having see people ask about it on several forums here.

At one time it was available on allnurses.com.  This Suzanne person was a moderator there.  She left the forum, and allnurses removed the thread with this "plan" for "privacy reasons."

I think the plan is a big time scam.  You had to get information from this person in bits and pieces, not all at once, which is a huge red flag.  Now she removes "to protect her privacy?"  What does she think is going to happen?  It makes no sense.

I would advise all here to quit looking for this plan.  It is not your salvation.

Do a good review course.  Kaplan has a good one, but it is not the only one.  If nothing else, buy an NCLEX review book.  Practice taking 10 questions in 15 minutes (1 1/2 minutes per question).  When you are getting 100% in 15 minutes, do 10 in 14 minutes, then 13 minutes and so on.  You build your test taking muscle that way.

Anyone who does not pass NCLEX on the 2nd try has a serious educational deficiency and needs to take a remedial course.  The board of nursing can probably recommend one in your area.  If you are taking NCLEX for the 5th time and think something like this plan will help you, then you are in a serious state of denial.  Take a good refresher or remedial course.  If you are still unsuccessful you need to look deep inside yourself and ask, "is this really the profession for me?"
