Posted almost 4 years ago Does anyone out there know of ANY pediatric developmental screening tools besides Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ's)? Thanks in advance! |

| Posted almost 4 years ago I have not used it a lot, but some like it better than others. It seems user friendly and pretty basic. We use the PDQ Denver Developmental Questionaire at the peds office where I work once in awhile. It can be a good tool, but sometimes parents are not very objective with the assessment and tend to under-report any problems they see. I like the Denver questionaires because the questions are simple and you can go over them with the Mom and/or Dad in justĀ a few minutes. I do not have a lot of peds experience, so maybe somebody else can answer more intelligently for you. |
